Hi! I'm Wei-Teng Lin, a service/experience and product designer. I have recently completed my Master degree in Service Design at Royal College of Art in London and was awarded a Distinction for my dissertation.
I believe designer has a great responsibility to create social change. I also believe design with a human-centred approach can build social impact and drive systematic change on improving peoples lives. My strength, as well as interest, is to transform complex research result into a succinct analysis, communicate with people through better visualisation and create physical products as part of research method or solution delivery. I am passionate, organised and collaborative. Besides art and design, I have joined health, education volunteering works and have interests in photography, sociology, emerging technology which has enriched my perspective on design and reflected in my works.
I have involved in various projects related to healthcare, education, culture, tourism etc. During my studies in Royal College of Art, I have worked for diverse clients such as Blithehale Health Centre (Prema project), the Design Museum (FUMA project), Kensington and Chelsea Council (FUMA project), Policy Lab (TellSocialVlogs), Hotel ICON (Aura project).
